  • CEO, content director and consultant on the LeanQ Team
  • Completed several hundred training courses and workshops in World Class Management (WCM)
  • Specializes in the comprehensive implementation of Lean Management (LM) and Theory of Constraints (TOC) tools, primarily in building a vision for change and moving companies toward operational excellence
  • Over the past 15 years, leader and consultant of dozens of projects in production management and LM program implementation; formerly Director of Production and creator of Lean program at PG
  • Co-founder of the international SPINetwork of implementation companies, originator of the LeanEducation educational program for school children, and author of books including "Value Stream Improvement," "Let Your Product Flow," and "Inventory Management for Practitioners."
