National Training Fund

How do I get funding from the national training fund?

Who can apply for funding?

  • Employers: companies, institutions, offices, foundations and natural persons engaged in business activities, provided they employ at least 1 employee
  • Employees: employed under any contract of employment and any number of hours

Amount of funding for consultancy

  • 100% of training costs: Micro-enterprises (up to 10 employees)*,
  • 80% of training costs: Small and medium-sized enterprises (up to 250 employees)*.

* the maximum amount per participant does not exceed 300% of the average salary for the year in question

Objective of the National Training Fund (KFS)

Development of staff qualifications

Re-skilling or updating and acquiring new knowledge and skills for the company's employees and owner.

Adaptation to market requirements

Preventing the loss of employment for those in work.

Increasing human resources potential, with the aim of raising the company's position in the market and employees in the labour market.

What do you need to do?

Analysis of training needs

Conduct a training needs analysis in your company.

02.

Call for KFS applications

Check if your labour office is recruiting for KFS applications (Job centre finder).

03.

Choice of training

Check out our training offer and choose the training that suits your needs.

04.

Application for funding

Complete the application form and submit it to the District Employment Office in person or electronically.

05.

Signing of the agreement with the PUP

It follows a successful application by the PUP (approximately 30 days).

06.

Subsidised training

You will receive funding to your nominated bank account so that you pay your training invoice.

07.

Delivery of training

Sign up for the training of your choice, take part and gain the qualifications and competences you need.

08.

Settlement of training

Confirm that the training has been completed at the PUP (settlement on the basis of an invoice and proof of payment).

How do I get funding from the national training fund?

Who can apply for funding?

  • The programme is being implemented in 14 provinces in Poland (excluding Mazovia and Pomerania) according to the MSP qualifier.

Amount of funding for consultancy

  • 50 - 90% of the costs depending on the province, size of the company, age of the employees, advisability of the subsidy, set amount limits*

Find out how to apply for funding for training dedicated to your company under the ESF

Complete the registration form and fill in your details. Verify your details by e-mail.

Register an entrepreneur profile

In your BUR account, select the field “I want to work as an Institutional Participant”. Then, in the new window, select the “Add Institutional Participant Profile” field and complete the required data.

Add your employees to your company profile

From the “user module” select the “Employees” field and in the new window select the “Add employee” field. Please note that your employee must have an active account in BUR!

Contact our consultant

To select the training you are interested in. We will then enter the training in the BUR database, which will be assigned to your company

Sign up your employees for training

Use the BUR database to sign up your employees for closed-door training.

06.

Delivery of training

We provide customised training for you and your employees.
